    Refund Policy

    At BloxGuy, we deliver digital items through a guided delivery flow and live chat support. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, as digital deliveries are time-sensitive and can't be "returned" once completed.

    1. Refund Request Window (24 Hours)

    You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after 24 hours are not eligible.

    2. Undelivered Orders Only

    Refunds are only available for orders that have not been delivered. Once delivery is completed (items provided to the confirmed Roblox account), the order is final and non-refundable.

    3. Refund Processing Time

    Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

    4. First Purchase Only

    Refund eligibility applies only to your first purchase on BloxGuy. Any subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds.

    5. Abuse / Fraud Prevention

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably suspect policy abuse, suspicious activity, repeated refund attempts, or fraud.

    6. No Chargebacks / No Disputes

    By purchasing from BloxGuy, you confirm that you are the cardholder (or have permission from the cardholder) and you agree to not file a chargeback or payment dispute for transactions that comply with this policy.

    7. 24-Hour Delivery Guarantee

    If you do not receive your items within 24 hours, you may request a refund within the next 3 days, as long as delivery has not been completed.

    8. Required Delivery Attempts (At Least 2)

    To be eligible for a refund (including under the 24-hour delivery guarantee), you must attempt to complete delivery at least two times by:

    • Clicking "Continue to Delivery" on the Thank You page
    • Entering your Roblox account details
    • Confirming the correct Roblox account after it's found via the Roblox API
    • Joining/continuing the live chat to receive the order

    If the customer is unavailable, does not respond in chat, refuses to confirm their Roblox account, or provides incorrect details, the order may be considered customer-delayed and may not qualify for a refund.

    9. How to Request a Refund

    Email help@bloxguy.com and include:

    • Order number
    • Email used at checkout
    • Roblox username (if provided)
    • Reason for the request
    • Any relevant screenshots (recommended)

    10. Non-Refundable After Delivery

    Delivered orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
