How do I claim a BloxGuy order?
After checkout, open the Claim Order page and enter your Roblox username. Add the delivery bot, join its private server, and accept the trade. The videos on this page walk through those steps in English and Arabic.
Do I need my Roblox password?
No. Delivery uses your Roblox username only. Never share your password, 2-step verification codes, or browser cookies with anyone.
What if my order is not delivered?
You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not been delivered or if there is an error on our end. Once delivery has been completed, refunds are not available.
